He held up what looked like a messy picture. “This was supposed to be a neatly divided world, but the population has spilled out all over each other.”
Then he held up a different version with what I assumed were roads and special places marked on it.
“To see what the problem is, you two are to visit the places marked on this map.” He handed it to us, and then disappeared.
I asked Marsha what good visiting would do. She had no idea either.
